Our Vinyasa flow classes are all level friendly, and designed to ease your day and help you find joy in every movement. -each pose can be simplified or intensified -each movement is synchronized with the breath -traditional asana(poses) and sequences are used such as Sun Salutations, standing/seated poses, back/forward bands and balances.
